Easy and straightforward
House buying with a personal touch. We bought a property via Pete Elson at Yopa. From the initial viewing and subsequent re-viewing there was a comfortable and open feeling. We negotiated an acceptable offer for both parties with Pete's help and had it accepted. We had several requests which were out of the ordinary and they were all handled professionally and quickly. Communication was excellent throughout and we felt in safe hands on the whole journey. Considering we were the buyers, Pete was happy to help and advise, despite ultimately not working on our behalf! If we were in a position to sell, then I'd user Pete in a heartbeat and would recommend him and Yopa to anyone.
